Carmen “CiCi” Seda has spent over 14 years leading at the intersection of executive strategy, talent transformation, and human systems mastery—not just in intuition‑driven work, but in the real world of enterprise, people, and leadership.
As a former Vice President in the staffing and talent strategy world with national and global responsibilities, CiCi has helped organizations solve some of their most complex people and structure challenges—from building high‑performing teams to transforming leadership pipelines and organizational capacity.
